Gail is an excellent realtor. She helped me look for a house within my budget and never gave up!!! She walked me through every step and never lost patience with me. Gail makes you feel like you are a high roller high value client when you have a modest budget. She always returned my texts, phones and emails- even when I was driving her crazy. She is the salt of the earth and knows A- Z about everything with buying a house. The best!!!!

After her selling a house to my friend I see why her rating is low. It should be a negative 1. She won’t fix anything and less than a month after purchase the electric is shotty and flooded crawlspace and multiple other issues.

Gail's work ethic is astounding. She works hard for her clients. She has an expansive knowledge of her markets, and has helped me several times. I can not recommend her highly enough.

Not a good experience with this realtor. Does not return calls, texts. Lies, tells you one thing, does another..
