I am finally leaving a review for this group now that this nightmare has finally ended. I rented two houses through them in the last 8 years. I should’ve known better after the first time when they wouldn’t allow me to come off of the lease, even though it was a dangerous living situation and I was being abused & had to be moved out/escorted out by law enforcement for my safety. They said I had to have signed consent from my abuser to be removed from the lease agreement… That was the first lesson. Fast forward 6 years and I rent another house from them because I was truly desperate in my desire to move back home to VA and felt I could trust the employee that I was working with.
