This is a really amazing rental company. I am a young first time renter and they gave me a chance to live in one of their apartments. After 8 months another unit became available, they gave me the opportunity to move into the unit that had a washer and dryer and was more modern and up to date. They could’ve let someone else move in quickly to make more money but instead they gave me a week to get my stuff moved and get set up in the other unit. Was able to transfer the previous month’s rent to use as the security deposit. Any complaints are handled swiftly and they make sure to take them seriously. They take care of you!! All around great company and great people. Patti the rental manager is the very best a very sweet lady who has a good heart and you can tell she wants you to have a posit
