This title company was recommended to me. However, I don’t recommend this company to others. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I purchased my first home and reached out to them regarding matters that were questionable that I had no knowledge of. I was told to reached out to Vance Stallings , the owner/ lawyer of the company, I stated my concerns , he told me he’ll get back to me after some research , I was never called back. I called him countless times, he never answered . I called the title company and the claimed that they sent emails to him asking him to return my calls. It’s been months now and I still haven’t received a call from Vance Stallings . I suppose, I had too many concerns. (Smh) I paid this company to provide a service and when it came time for them t

This is my first time Using Day Title. They go the extra mile to ensure Closing is done properly. I will definitely be using them again

Jena and Lita know what they are doing. You can't ask for more out of a title company. I have had many closings done by them and will have alot more in the future.

Day Title is the best to deal with, and their prices are reasonable. They always answer the phone and handle your calls and questions personally.

Lida was a MIRACLE WORKER! Our lender was supposed to get closing docs to them 2 hours prior to a 4:30 closing. However our lender did not. Lida stayed until 7 working with the lender to MAKE IT HAPPEN on at least the day that we'd scheduled it.
