Leasing office lady is incredibly rude and sounds like she’s being held hostage at her job, she kept beating around the bush when I asked her questions about the place and wouldn’t let me speak to a higher qualified representative. I don’t know what she’s doing at a place where she clearly has no interest being in. The condos are beautiful though and maintenance work really shows how much everyone else cares besides that damn leasing lady. I would give 2 stars but the leasing lady is the face of the apartments and she doesn’t know how to conduct proper business

Great apartment, good maintenance. 👍🏼. Maintenance is always reachable and come to attend to issue promptly. Pedro & Eli from maintenance are doing great job. 👍🏼 Adding Aris to the list. Always spot on on issues and fixes maintenance requests on time. Keep up the good work.

Very rude lady leasing officer. She is not even interested to sell the houses. Never pick up the calls. By mistakenly if she respond to your call, she will show no interest talking to you. Very bad

The worst property manager ever seen. Not at all interested in selling any house. Hardly picks up the phone or replies back to any email and if go in person she won't even let you in the leasing office. Don't know why the property owner has such a rude and arrogant lady.
