I’ve had a great experience living here. Maintenance is excellent Germaine is professional, responsive, and handles issues quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about the residents. Management has also been wonderful to work with. They’re organized, communicative, and address concerns with urgency. Anytime something needs attention, it’s taken care of promptly. I know some people mention the parking being assigned as a bad thing but I actually love it. Having an assigned spot means I always know where I’m parking and there’s no fighting for spaces. If you need an additional spot, you can purchase one, which makes it very convenient. The apartments are well worth the money they’re nice, well-maintained, and everything is handled efficiently. Overall, it’s been

maintenance came very quickly and clearly explained the problem to me. The staff in the office are extremely kind and helpful.

I have lived here for 2+ years. It's a great area quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. The Service manager Germaine is Great if anything needs to repaired, there's no hesitation. Germaine always responds immediately, he also calls to give me the heads up that he's entering the apartment which is greatly appreciated. He keeps the property well maintained.

Quiet area with nice apartments. It’s great place for families. The neighbors are friendly. The grounds are well kept and clean. The current super Germaine is extremely responsive, always at work around the property, and he is courteous. Germaine does his best to help in a timely manner.

I have lived at Georgian Arms for the past 8 years. Recently a complaint was made against me. Melissa Dominguez and Kristine Farley helped me resolve the issue. When I sent emails they promptly replied back to me. They accommodated me with my work schedule so we could have a sit down meeting. They were completely understanding, pleasant and honest with me. They were very easy to talk with. I believe they truly care about the residents and any issues that may occur. It is very rewarding to me to know that people in their position really do care. I would also like to give a shout out to our superintendent Germain. He is a hard worker and is always on point. We have a great team here which makes living here a great experience.
