Don't listen to these reviews. Do a loan with REMN and you will see how easy it is to work with them. I've done several loans with absolutely no roadblocks. Bad buyers = bad experience.

Apparently Yahoo email domains can't actually receive the automated emails they send. So, I can't reset my password and I can't use the one password login feature either. The "customer service" chat was anything but. Thank goodness this loan is closed and I won't have to deal with them again after filing taxes.

They are absolutely terrible. They are the worst company to do any loaning business with. I would highly advise anyone to not use them. They have dicked me around with trying to buy a house after they received there down payment. I had to switch lenders. Do not use them if you want to close on a house on your closing date. Absolutely terrifying be company.

This company was a God send to us. We needed the funds and had been declined with several other companies. I was not going to do a CASH OUT refinance due our very low Interest Rate but I wanted to do a HELOC. Well we were right under the marker with credit scores and companies were trying to get us to do the Cash out. FINALLY out of nowhere Kevin Dull with REMN reached out to US and we started communicating. He understood what I wanted and did not PUSH the cash out as that is what he handles and new mortgages. He still helped me with every step of the way on how to apply for the HELOC and made calls to people he new in the company to help get it handled. It was Fast, easy and WE WERE APPROVED!! WOW!!! This company truly helped us out. Not only did they approve us they funded it ASAP

My husband and I had a terrible experience. We spent six months searching for our dream home, and because of REMN’s poor management we were on the verge of losing our home after extending our contract twice! Thank goodness we had the ability to pay cash for the home. DO NOT TRUST this company! Working with REMN was the most stressful experience.
