Kim Gay was the first person to respond to us after reaching out to many builders in 2019.Truthfully, Kim was the only person that actually responded with positivity, great information and the willingness to help. We met with Ty Gay at his home office, he informed us of the build process, gave us unlimited options, & advised us on the beginning steps of building a custom home. Ty referred us to a land surveyor and a draftsman. Once we completed that process Ty met with us again to review our plan and suggest changes to build within our budget.
