Stockton Pointe Apartments

The receptionist there does not like to answer phone calls nor return them after leaving voicemails. I will say after a while of trying I did contact with someone to leave an application however, when my spot on the waiting list was about to expire. I received no notification about updating my information. And I been calling for days to update my information. Today I call about 10 times and I left one voicemail on the the last call she eventually the phone to inform me she took me off the list that morning. when I tried to explain to her that I’ve been calling for days about updating my information. She rudely interrupted me and told me to pay a deposit for a new application. I find this very rude and unprofessional .

Beautiful modern apartments. Horrible experience living over top this Indian guy who was dishonorably discharged from military made it very uncomfortable to stay where I pay rent. My first day moving in he kept telling me he had the other people who lived over top of him put out. I expressed this to the property manager she denied it. Every complaint he insinuated of me she confronted me about. He insinuated many things about me that were not true. I felt He stereotyped me because I'm melanated like prior people he called police on and whatever they were doing caused them to violate their lease. This guy called police stating there were drugs in my apartment being used. He said i was growing marajuana because of a blue bulb in the lamp. Police came confirmed it was not true. A month after

The apartments look beautiful, but I can never get up with anyone! I left messages to speak with someone directly, but no answer and I left messages. I did speak with someone once through email, but she hasn't emailed me back.
