These bad reviews must be from disgruntled tenants.. Dee is a jewel..never heard her say "no" when something needs to be fixed..those women are constantly working, if you can't reach them just wait;but best bet they're working.. Has some of the most honest rates compared to the others..

Where do I start …Dee Smith is a Slumlord she don’t fix anything at all …Her Homes are completely ran down she is greedy for money …She has a mold problem in one of her homes you can see the light from the sun in the crease of the floor . Electrical problems.it’s worse than an African Hut .. Will disclose all of your rental history…A Hot mess she is….

I keep callin my landlord to fix stuff that really needs to b fixed nd i keep gettin we waitin on our boss to get back nd say its ok i hav been livin hea for a year and half and im tired of it not feeling lik home so my best bet is probably court unless they come fix everything and make it feel lik home because right now i feel lik im in a run down trash dump

Called numerous times, get voicemail each time and no call backs. Tried reaching someone several days now
