Management is off-site and useless. They've had to post a security guard on weekends because the apartments are getting rented to delinquents who like to steal and have parties until all hours. It was different five years ago but now it seems like nothing but section 8 and trouble makers. And the surrounding neighborhood is not great, drunks all nights of the week coming from the two bars, and people driving their cars and bikes as fast as possible on silver st because the two brick buildings amplify the sound. My advice, look somewhere else.
No body reads these reviews anyways considering there’s is no way to get in touch with this condo association, they are all privately owned but they obviously don’t care who is purchasing and among their community giving them a bad name. Went to look at a unit that was for rent from Melina Wilson, seemed nice at first, knew nothing of the building, and as I said no way to reach whoever owns it. She decided to go with another tenant which is fine, but after she said that. She felt the need to degrade and belittle my girlfriend for her own satisfaction and explain the “three reasons why” they didn’t pick us. Unless you manage to get a decent owner in this place good luck because the association isn’t going to answer their number is disconnected and it seems like these are all income properti
Looks really nice from the outside. What's in here? My phone thinks that I was inside because I walked by. There's nothing like the smell of history when you walk into an old building. It makes you wonder what it is that created this smell. If there was a market for it, the smell of an old factory building would be a great idea for Yankee Candles
Haven't had any trouble, Building has character not available in newer construction. Very convenient to South Willow, and Price Rite grocer and retail on valley street. There is also a fun little pub at the street corner. Area zoning has a weird vibe but considering it was an old mill until conversion in 1987 ish that is understandable.
Apartments/condos would be great if the building was properly maintained but they’re not. Outside doors don’t always shut properly and some people buzz anyone in so bums sometimes get in. Bed bugs are present but management won’t treat the building, they tell tenants it’s their problem so people treat their place and the bugs just go next door. I don’t recommend anyone live here
