I am Giving 5+ Plus Stars for Lazaro the Property office Mgr. He is not only Very Professional but Is Very Helpful and the Maintenance Staff is also not only Very Nice, but Prompt & Professional they have Always Responded Quickly when we informed of a Recent Water Heater gone bad, We Caught it fairly quick and They were at Our Apartment the Very next Morning 🌞 So QUICKLY! They All Have a Very Great Attitude, It's a Mixed Diversity, But the Property isn't Very Loud for Having This many Children...but Lol 😂 They do have their Moments, Overall, I see a Community Here. Nice work, Lazaro! We appreciate Your Hospitality here! 👌🏽💯😊

Bad management older lady is there and she has a mouth on her very disrespectful and always looking to throw people out she wants the place to herself last landlord was the best

The property manager was friendly enough but there are so many things wrong with the apartment fixtures and the list of problems ia so long that I don’t even know where to begin. The one thing that I’m GLAD about is that there are no cockroaches! But the incinerator in the kitchen doesn’t work and the cupboard doors cannot stay closed the refrigerator has a really bad odor for days the drain under the face basin leaks the shower pipe fixtures seem about to fall off and ALL the windows are very bad! They are foggy moldy and one of them was broken. So far that broken one has been replaced. Also I don’t know if there is molds also in the air vents but me and my family keep sneezing and the feel of the apartment is just moldy😩 The sad thing is that you only observe these problems AFTER you’ve

my heater hasn’t worked in 4 days. Was fixed once and already doesn’t work and I have a baby in my apartment . Calling the number for maintenance emergency doesn’t even work. It’s 29 degrees outside and in here it’s just as cold. Everything else has been great living here, but the getting hold of the office or maintenance is horrible they never answer the phone.

Neighborhood is nice. Neighbors smoke cigarettes outside and I have kids so when we go out it makes us sick. We have headaches a lot. Dogs barking all night. Toilet and sink is always clogging. Maintenance comes days after requests.
