I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to live in one of their properties for 13 months. My experience was overwhelmingly positive, with any issues being swiftly addressed and resolved. The newly renovated home was a true delight, and Paul's professionalism and kindness during vent changes were a pleasure to behold. His ability to resolve any problems that arose was truly impressive.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. They took over my lease halfway through its duration and were hands on and friendly, Paul came to introduce himself to me and change my AC filter after he took over and it was nice being able to meet and talk to the property manager. He took all the issues that I had with my rental very seriously and apologized for defects and damages present in the unit. He made all inspection and move out processes very straightforward and easy, I was glad to have Paul help me through these processes so professionally and with courtesy. You are in good hands with this company.

My husband and I attempted to contact this company (as well as its confusing, adjacent companies, like "WOWza Property Management") several times over a period of one month with interest in one of their available rental listings. We were never able to reach anyone, via phone call, email, Facebook, or Zillow message...yet, they continued to share new posts on their Facebook pages, giving the impression that they are an active company. The listed property also has a sign for "TwentyFive14" in the yard with this contact information, so we presume they are active from this, too. We were very interested in the property itself, but are highly disappointed in the complete lack of customer service from TwentyFive14.
