This is a slumlord at its finest… they do not keep their word let alone keep up the properties. Will find every way not to give you your deposit back even when you keep to the lease. Wouldn’t ever come repair anything. I had to replace bathtub faucets, the thermostat and the washer hook ups and the worst was the electrical outlets needing to be replaced. We left the property cleaner than it was when we moved in but waited months for them to tell us we’re not getting the deposit back. There was no fire alarms, the refrigerator and stove were nasty and the dishwasher never worked. We deep cleaned everything (shampooed carpets) plus picked up everything around the outside of the house sticks included. Oh and they just raised the deposit and the rent on these terrible properties with maintenan

Horrible customer service. Ashley to be specific. Dirty apartments. Infested with spiders. Bad roads. No. Horrible roads

I am so grateful to them for allowing me to be a tenant it's peaceful and clean just a great place to live and the owners are great if you have a problem they're willing to solve and I love telling people where I live because of the owners

Definitely would not recommend. They do not keep their apts up. It’s never a actual maintenance person. Apts haven’t been pressure washed in years. It’s not worth the price you are paying. And the list goes on….
