Kings Creek Apartments

I’m a previous tenant and I’m leaving a review because my property from my furniture to my shoes were taken from my apartment without my consent. My furniture was thrown away in the garbage for no reason. On top of not being able to catch the landlord, Melissa in the office. She has said it was basically OK for the maintenance man Jospeh to pack up my belongings in his truck. The landlord is so unprofessional and unorganized. The safest thing is not to rent from this property! If they’re not lying about coming to take care of a work order they are walking around the property doing nothing. This by far the worst landlord I’ve ever encountered. Save your money and save your time.

I would live just about anywhere that Tammy ran. I’ve lived in three states and never experienced such an amazing, helpful, thorough, great at what she does leasing office manager. My apartment is so beautiful and wonderful, u can’t beat the price, how great the other tenants are and again Tammy is here so everything is taken care of Maintenance has been great, helpful and very nice and the grounds here are just stunning and so well manicured. I would highly recommend Kings Creek to anyone and it’s by far my favorite place I’ve ever lived and so thankful to be here and to have met Tammy. Thank you all so much for everything!

By far the worse apartment complex I've stayed at. I've always been on time with rent never missed. They've went through 2 different property management groups during my stay. Maintenance was not professional. Put up a ceiling and left trash, drywall, nails and screws all in my toddlers bed! Luckily I came in and cleaned it before my child could get ahold to it. On top of that I left in good standing and would reach out to the manager Tammy every week for my deposit, she would say I'm sending it every week and it never reached me. This would go on for months up until I texted her and said this is ridiculous I don't understand what's the hold up she said call corporate I just quit today. Huh? Called corporate you can't speak to anyone you have to leave voicemails. Did that several times no

my boyfriend and i have filled out an application and have been approved, but the trickiest part thus far has been getting in contact with literally anyone. ive left countless emails and countless voicemails over the last several days.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management is very disorganized and disrespectful. Apartments not worth the price or the headache.when I moved in my rent was prorated for like a move in special and it was still pro rated for a couple of months after and now the apartment complex has added the pro rated price back. I contacted corporate about the situation and my only option even though this was not my fault and I did not ask for it, was to pay the $400 that was added to my rent although it was not my fault. No one apologized. As soon as my lease is up I am moving and I do not recommended anyone moving here. I even spoke with a lady in the corporate office and she said it was my fault and offered no apologies or anything. She also questioned whether or not I was able to pay the rent even tho I asked
