We moving there in like a month and I like it like it’s good but the management got me scared

Beautiful townhouse look safe!! But am very upset about the professionalism June 2020 after calling and driving 70 some miles several of times cause no never answer the phone fast forward I finally spoke with the leasing manager after I transfer my voucher and quit my good paying to Tupleo Ms based off what I was told to that I will get a townhouse now am practically homeless with my 2kids long story short please do not make the mistake I did make sure you get approved 1st before you do any changes with your family!!

The manager is rude, never here and spread other residents business to other residents. No professionalism and lie so much on people. The poor maintenance guy she overwork be here more than she. I don’t know why she hasn’t gotten fired. No matter how much complaints you put in to corporate office this company Envolve has not done anything so they don’t care bout how we feel. She has her picks among tenants she is a poor example of a manager that uses her title against us like we don’t matter.

So, I see that I'm not the only person who felt that no one is ever at the office regarding applications for inquiring applicants, then she is very rude to the tenants and she targeted a tenant on the behalf of someone else to make herself feel good about her not being there. She play like she have covid issues but have people in there with no mask, she lied on some kids just to falsely evict a tenant then went back on the eviction. Her daughter on facebook trying to save her name because people are wondering what's going on with this company. Corporate discussed our confidential call and she tried to embarrass the applicant by providing income details of the applicant to a current tenant.then later harassed the same tenant didn't want any witnesses to attest to her accusations. Great neighborhood I jus moved in and my kids love it they already made friends. It's a quiet place good place for kids to grow up
