Turtle Creek West Condo Apartments

In my third year here and it’s great. Maintenance staff is super cool, they respond to requests quickly, and it’s not super expensive. Unlike a lot of other places in Boone, it seems like they’re not trying to rip people off. My only complaint is the lack of visitor parking.

Me and my partner have lived here for almost two years now and are very happy with it! The rent is slightly high, but cheaper then over places I've found. Utilities are included and maintenence are quick to respond to my requests! The only issue is that parking spots in back are really small, and it's hard to find parking at night.

It is not the cheapest place you can rent out in Boone but it is nice to have utilities included, my biggest complaint is the parking. I usually get home late and i would be lucky to find one or two spots open in visitor parking. Maintenance people are friendly but the system for reporting problems sometimes leads to them not fixing certain things.

Over the last year I've really enjoyed living at Turtle Creek West. The apartment was spacious and had very few maintenance issues. There was always ample amount of parking for residents but would occasionally run out of guest parking spaces. The apartment is relatively far from campus but the Appalcart stops right out front of the complex. This place is very dog friendly as they have two onsite dog parks on each side of the complex. Most residents appear to have a dog of some kind. I'm a huge fan of the elevators in the complex. Living on the 4th floor would have been a nightmare without it. They keep the elevators very clean and the entire year I lived here, it didn't break down once in contrast to all the other elevators in Boone. All the residents in the complex also got free acces

Found this to be a very cute place and was hoping to rent an apartment for my time at school here in Boone, but the response time is the worst thing I have ever experienced. I submitted an application and heard nothing back, then proceeded to call weeks later to follow up and left a voicemail which was never returned, so I called one final time and got no answer yet again. Entirely ignores applications and refuses to answer/call back. Really unprofessional in my opinion and I am done waiting to hear back from them.
