The Finmore at 241

There was a fire last week in which the sprinklers didn’t go on (Which is illegal). On top of that today we’ve had 2 fire “drills” which is basically just them turning on the alarm and leaving it on for a couple hours one of which is ongoing. This makes studying incredibly hard and just inconveniences you for everything. I have to say the student staff are very relatable and personable but thats not due to the finmore management thats just them being good at what they do. Management is absolutely horrendous. Maintenance guys are great I will say that. Whoever owns this building is one greedy person constantly upping the prices (not according to inflation if that even matters). Unfortunately everywhere else in Boone sucks making this 1 out of 5 star apartment complex the best one. If I spok

Visiting The Finmore has been such a great experience. The building itself feels elegant the moment you walk in—wide, open halls that never feel crowded, and a clean, modern design throughout. The amenities are really what make it stand out: the hot tubs are perfect for relaxing after work, the pool table is a fun spot to hang out with friends, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy nice weather without ever leaving the property. It strikes the right balance between being upscale and still feeling welcoming. Easily one of the best apartment communities in the area.

Been living here since the start of the semester and i’m in love with this place. All of the workers are very friendly and are available to answer any questions or troubles you may have. Lilly is by far the best employee at the Finmore with good respectful responses to any issues I may have. Love living here definitely going to renew my lease for next year!!!

It's strange that EVERYONE has issues with parking and getting booted....Because the review that "Anna Mileski" left from 4-5 months ago is correct, because more than 20 vehicles were booted.. including mine and I am parent, who was TOLD by management where to park... The parking person from LMS Parking, Mason Gabriel Lindsay was targeting vehicles that weekend, BECAUSE THE FINEMORE CAMERA SYSTEM WAS NOT OPERATING.. from Friday till Monday morning.... kind of convenient I think for LMs Parking and someone in the office to make a little extra cash. Of course management wont discuss it or even fix the issue. Not to mention the parking person from LMS Parking, Mason Gabriel Lindsay scratched my vehicle... again management will not help or even discuss the issue, report on file with Boon

I have loved living here the past 3 years! The maintenance team is the best, the amenities are awesome and it has so many busses that come by for class convenience!
