Bavarian Village Apartments

Good morning, My family and I have lived at Bavarian Village for almost 10 years now. When we first discovered the property office staff where extremely accommodating in helping my family through a series of tragedies that had unfolded prior to moving to the property. They assisted us through the entire process with great patience and empathy. The maintenance team are the best I have had the pleasure of encountering. The atmosphere they bring when you see them walking around is like no other. It has really driven a great sense of pride in the community forming relationships with the local staff over the years. From the many community events to the simple things such as clear and transparent communication the local staff is excellent. The community is also very centrally located within B

One of the best apartment communities in Boone. The management and maintenance teams are amazing, they professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. It’s a quiet, well-maintained, and hassle-free place to live. I personally enjoy having a bus stop right there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

The most amazing staff, from Manager to Office Staff to Maintenance Tech’s . They will go out of their way to help in any way. If you need anything with one call they are there to help. The complex is so clean and safe. All residents here are all great neighbors. There is always some type of gathering, either outdoor movie, pizza, breakfast and so much more. I am 66 and I absolutely love it here. We are so close to everything. We can walk to grocery store, Walmart, banks and convenience stores. I cannot see myself living anywhere else. Thank you to the staff for all you do to keep our complex clean and safe.

I have lived here since 2021. Had to move due to Helene. But when moving back in this past May, Rebecca was fantastic! The upgrades are excellent. Property is well kept, Maintenance is quick to respond and Rebecka is friendly and personal. Communication with any issues are given with plenty of notice. I am very pleased to be back.

By far the best apartment to be living at in Boone, The management and maintenance team they have here are superb all around! I highly recommend living here if you want a quiet well put together place to live with little to no hassle.
