it’s a decent area and great price! maintenance will get in there and fix whatever needs done as long as you keep on top of it, Dan is one of the maintenance guys and he’s super nice, i’ve had a few issues with other tenants, but that’s no fault to the faculty.

They are great people, the office Manager, the property manager and the maintenance crew all have great attitudes, they make you feel welcome and like the first day there it's like your already home. Would recommend to friends and family.

Been living here for about 6 months and it has been very peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, maintenance is quick and take care of the place well. I always feel safe and people really look out for eachother here. I really enjoy it and recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment, especially if you want to find an affordable place for living alone.

Stayed here as a student for 17 mo and didn't have any issues. No smoking issues in my room. The tenants are friendly along with the landlord. Their maintenance team was prompt on repairs. No bug issues either and they had exterminators come in to spray pesticide routinely.

A good place to live, close walking distance to the hospital, doctors offices, restaurants, banks, public transportation. Good friendly staff, great community to live in! UPDATE 05/21/25: I recently moved back in to Turtle Creek after originally living there from 2016-2022. Brittony made the entire moving in process easy. I recommend this place for anybody who is looking to move to Kokomo.
