Turnkey Property Management

I recently moved into a Turnkey managed property and had two important maintenance issues. Laurie and Amy responded immediately (one was even off-hours over a weekend) and the issues were quickly addressed. So appreciative!

I have been living in an apartment in a two family in Haverhill since the beginning of 2018 managed by Turnkey. I am unsure about all of these bad reviews. Sounds like angry people that didn't pay their rent like they were supposed to. Even one person speaks to "tenet rights". Well, tenet is a movie written by Christopher Nolan, amazing movie! But, I think the uneducated person was really referring to "tenants rights". Ok, enough with the disparaging of other people. My experience has been wonderful. I have dealt with other management companies in the past that were absolutely horrible. Turnkey is extremely responsive and the landlord himself is wonderful. I just love my apartment!!! Thank you turnkey rentals..it's perfect. nice and clean .hallways are beautiful smelling so good . Rent is not Sky high like the rest of them greedy Haverhill landlords..thank you😁

never rent from this place they violate tenet rights and they dont fix anything and they do alot of Discrimination i had to find out my rights as a tenet on my own they dont have there apartments inspected before renting and they dont accept responsabilitys for injurys the tenets get from there property and back in june in court they take money from me and didnt give me a receipt and when i called the office they played dumb . i paid $1500 to move in and the manager luara gave me her word the place will be fixed and its been almost 2 years on 10/31/16 will be 2 years. and they never informed me about other things not working and bathroom sink being clogged and never told me my place has bed bugs so now im losing property i cant save because of her. and they violated my lease and changed
