Great experience touring The Beck with Noah. He was professional, informative, and easy to talk to, which made the tour feel very comfortable. The community itself is stunning and clearly well cared for. The grab and go market and the golf simulator were easily my two favorite features. The Beck truly stands out as the best community in the Haverhill area.

TJ made our experience at The Beck absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. My best friend recommended The Beck to me because she loves living there—and she specifically told me how great TJ was—so I was excited to work with him. He completely lived up to the hype. We’re really looking forward to moving in, and it feels even better knowing someone like TJ will be in the building to help. Highly recommend!

Touring The Beck with Noah Lynch was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, Noah was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the community. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and tailored the tour to my needs instead of giving a generic walkthrough. He explained the amenities, parking, and application process clearly, and was very transparent about pricing, specials, and next steps. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely supported. I have to first say a huge thank you to Noah!! He gave me the tour of The Beck and helped me through the application process. Not to mention advocating for me to be accepted. The Beck is a beautiful property with so many amenities. I can't wait for the summer to take advantage of the pool. The building is brand new with gorgeous decor. I even love the landscaping. Plus it is so nice to be the first person to live in my apartment, with everything fresh and new. Added bonus is washer and dryer in your unit. Highly recommend The Beck. Update: Maintenance is amazing! Craig and his assistant spent an hour and a half fixing my shade. It works great now!

I'm currently a resident at the beck and I want to start by giving the manager (Jovon Williams) his flowers. What a great representation of the organization. Well spoken, articulate, understanding and responsive are some examples of his character. I recently had an issue with my apartment (which we are very much enjoying) He and the staff were quick to resolve the issue, the Job was finished perfectly and in a timely manner, and it's been a joy to be a part of this beautiful community for me and my family. I would recommend the Beck for anyone that is considering a new home, and that are looking forward to a beautiful, well kept, clean atmosphere. Don't think about it twice!
