The James Apartments

We moved to The James recently and we are very happy to be here! The apartment is beautiful- the cabinets, breakfast bar, dining area and lots of windows with sun and light. The floor plan was well designed to make every area open and useful. From the moment the door opened into the apartment, I wanted to move in and indeed we did. The neighbors are friendly as well as the office and maintenance staff. I am amazed at how quickly snow removal occurs here- the walkways and parking areas are promptly cleared. My husband found The James in our search for a new home and I’m very pleased he did.

I've had a wonderful experience since moving into my first apartment at The James. The staff has been amazing! What really stands out is the management and staff—they’re friendly, responsive, and make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions or requests are handled quickly, which makes a huge difference. Colleen went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend The James.

She was available every step of the way to answer our questions and made the transition far more relaxed than we expected. I couldn’t recommend the James apartments or their staff more highly.

My daughter has looked at several apartment complexes in the North Andover/Haverhill area, the James was by far the best fit. Colleen, went above and beyond to answer every question, and we had plenty. The staff there has made this process amazing. The apartment was well kept and spotless clean. Moving your son into his first apartment is such a significant milestone and the team at the James Apartments made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. From the moment we inquired about the unit to the day he picked up his keys, the level of professionalism and genuine care has been amazing. A huge thank you to Colleen Nault in the leasing department. She was incredibly patient, answering every one of my many questions and guiding my son through the application process with ease. It’s rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also truly invested in making sure we found the perfect place for our son.
