When looking at a lot on the Lake at Chitwood Farms, we noticed a home that was just completed that had a partially exposed drainage pipe that emptied onto the surface of the lot we were interested in. First red flag. I was concerned about that issue and whether a house could even fit on the lot we were looking at. Johnathan their agent assured me a house would fit, with nothing on paper to back up that claim. I decided to contact my agent and have her check on the lot. I also talked to a builder that had previously built a home on the lake 2 doors down. Johnathan wanted us to meet with his builder, (who had the exposed drainage pipe on his completed build.)
