Tullahoma Housing Authority

Yeah they a joke honestly!! My family is in need of a place in a few weeks otherwise we homeless and we have a one year old and another on the way and put in for emergency housing since this is an emergency and my husband is the only one working and doesn’t make hardly anything. How’s it emergency housing if we still have to be on a waiting list for 12 or more months?? It’s upsetting to see that people in this world really don’t care.

This housing is a joke! I see all the fake reviews posted because NOBODY likes the housing authority in tullahoma..they have a pest control company that doesn't even spray the apartments fully like their supposed to be doing much less fix things in the apartments that need to be fixed! The state needs to come in and investigate and inspect the property its not even up to building code! Why has nobody come to inspect the apartments?!?! This place is disgusting and yet they still won't hire people to do their jobs and claiming "were short staffed" is no dam excuse for things to not be done! I have photos time and date stamped of everything inside my apartment that's not habitable living conditions for me or my kids!

Maybe where the staff office workers operate at is clean, and well maintained, but the places they're not around like Dossett Apartments, are horrid. At least on the inside. Apartments are infested with cockroaches, because they do not spray monthly like you're supposed to do when people live in very close quarters. Maintenance do not complete their jobs sufficiently. I could go on and on, but it doesn't matter. This review does nothing. I just wanted people to at least hear what heartless, despicable people like LaShunda Hill, housing manager who is the utmost laziest manager I've seen in any work environment, have done to innocent tenants.

Everyone there were very nice...Carolyn,,,who were there in 2015 and Michele and anyone else working there were very nice n very professional .idk who is there now but I had no complaints..God bless them for all thier help

I spoke with the rudest person I've ever spoke with to when all I was trying to do is get some information on HUD and section 8 something that I've never known about and I was asking some questions and all she could kept saying was I just told you I just told you I just told you and all the stuff that she just told me I wasn't understanding but she wouldn't give me time to ask a question. for the future when someone is asking a question and doesn't understand give them time to respond to your answer cuz maybe just maybe they might have another question to ask
