If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with Jernigan Home Inspections in Tullahoma, TN, has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Since closing on our home, we've uncovered a long list of serious issues that should have been identified during the inspection—many of which could have been major negotiating points or fixed prior to purchase had we known about them. To name just a few: Caulking issues around nearly every exterior window Non-functioning bathroom ventilation fans in every bathroom An improperly mounted interior garage door (missing hardware entirely) Poor sealing around both front and back doors A completely clogged upstairs AC unit that required 12 gallons of water to be drained from the overflow pan Exterior gas and AC lines not sealed, leading to insect a
