Continental Apartments

I definitely would not recommend living here. The water is always cut off without notice. I completely understand maintenance issues happen but it has to be fixed. Also the overall maintenance of the property is horrible. My unit is falling apart. I really used to enjoy living here but now it’s time to move on.

I moved in dec 2018 and my neighbor behind and neighbor above have both flooded my apartment several times and when I moved in they did the tuck and hide with the shredded carpet at the tack strip and the first time you vacuum it pulls out carpet strings and I have actual cutout holes in the kitchen floor and they said they would clean my carpet when I renewed my lease again in December and have yet to do it Just be honest and say you are not going to do it and now I have a puddle that comes and goes next to the wall in the hallway that has been leaking for a year The staff are nice but do only what they have to

Im liking what I see how fast can I get a 3 bedroom

I deliver groceries from time to time here. All experience have been good.

Been there 5 years! And they are great ! Brain and Leslie are always on top of any issues we have !
