I give TRT as a company 3 stars because company leadership seems somewhat disorganized. My first property manager resigned, and I was passed around property managers for what seemed like a while. I reached out to the property manager I was finally assigned to, only to find that her email no longer existed. I called the office to get a hold of someone only to hit voicemails. I don't know how long it was that nobody was seemingly managing the property, but it is troublesome to wonder if that was indeed the case. I had to dig through my email to find an accountant I had previously conversed with. She connected me to my current property manager, Reyna Armenta. Reyna on her own gets 5/5 stars. Well after waiting over 25minutes, mind you we have back to back showings to find our home and waiting for the persons who was supposed to show this property, I finally got a call only after going back on Zillow and calling the leasing company they say that there is now an app on the home and it was accepted at 2 pm, mind you my appt was for 5pm. Waisting our time not giving us a heads up that the property is not available and calling at 15 after my scheduled time to say they were not coming. Very unprofessional. Blame it on the “Showjo” app all you want but a phone call or email at 2 pm would have been appreciated.
