Tucson East Apartments

I won't lie this is one of the most chill of apartments I have ever been most of the neighbors are friendly. Management is Stern but fair and everyone is typically just doing their own thing for the most part I say it's a pretty good community if you want to live here just be on your p's and q's and do your own thing

Front gate doesn’t work making it impossible for friends to visit. Back parking lot needs resurfacing- fence needs huge mending job. The pool rails have no covering so they are scalding hot from the sun. Carpeting needs to be torn out.

The washer has been broke since Dec 2024 there is only two dryers working note says there aren't any parts. How can you advertise laundry facilities on site when they don't work

I don't live here but the property management company is really nice.
