If you happen to come across a rental managed by Tucson Casitas Group you should grab it if it meets your needs. Cindy’s the manager and she’s on top of things from the get-go. It’s a very professional, efficient company. We just moved into one of their townhomes and had a couple of minor maintenance issues. I reached out to them yesterday (a Sunday) and repairs were done this morning. Their maintenance guy Mike is knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. I feel we lucked out with this group. On top of the excellent service and attention to detail our place was clean and any residual issues left from the previous tenant were taken care of. We are super happy with our decision to go with Tucson CasitasGroup.

This is the first time that I have ever written a full-length review about anything: My wife and I were approved on August 4th for one of their townhomes with a move-in date of September 10th. On August 5th we submitted a $1,400 "holding" deposit and signed the paperwork that was required for us to hold the unit. Yesterday, on August 10th, I notified the leasing office that my wife and I could no longer move-in due to a significant life event. I'm in the military and situations sometimes occur that are completely out of my control. I thoroughly explained the situation and respectfully asked if we could get the holding deposit back (or at least a portion of it) that we had just submitted five days prior.
