Honestly not the best, bathroom ceiling is constantly getting wet when showering and it’s not even from the water spraying or anything and yes the window is even cracked and we shower with the door open since it’s just my man and me, claim we never call when anytime something breaks or doesn’t work we always call and nobody ever gets back to us! On top of that who even makes apartments with no lights but the bathroom,kitchen, hallway, and by the back door 😂.

This is only a temporary place thats all! And if you work you'll be paying a lot plus they taje for ever to fix anything and hope you're nabers don't smoke. Otherwise this place is not horrible is better than many other apartment. Simply ok

I have lived here for almost 7 years now and before about 3 years ago I had close to no problems then problems came up so of my friends kids toys and bikes came up missing then my friends house was robbed 3 tvs 2 game systems and they were gone for half a day at grad party. Then my house got robbed 4 TV 2 game systems 2 laptops DVDs and killed 2 of my birds and I was gone for 2 days. Moral of the story is DONT TELL ANYONE IN THAT NEIGHBORHOOD YOU'RE LEAVING. If you live in here and you leave keep your bathroom light on and one bedroom lights on $5 for a burnt bulb is alot better than $2000 for new stuff

I live here now and they have black mold everywhere in the apartment and everything keeps leaking the people won’t help when you tell them they say it’s not black mold

TMHA needs some remodeling done to it's properties. I noticed TMHA properties in Hubbard, Niles, Girard are in much better shape. McKinley Tower's could use some work in Niles
