She responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes and we connected by phone within 30 minutes. The buyer I was looking to refer to her had unique buying parameters. As we discussed the buyer needs Erin knew right away how much it was going to cost to develop land into a family compound. She was direct and specific on the challenges the buyer would be facing.
