Tried to get Real ID for my daughter was treated rude, was told to leave after explaining that I was not understanding what she wanted and my intelligence was insulted to which the people that were being helped came to me afterwards and apologized for what happened. FYI: Don't assume that all people understand everything and then make insults to us for trying to ask additional questions.

Awesome place. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The lady was very polite and pleasant. I have been here before and always a pleasure! Thank you so much!

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I was there to renew my drivers license, the two women I talked to were very polite, very fast service. I was finished in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Needed a background check done and called on lunch break and was told they do it and to stop in. Stopped after work and the very ignorant woman called me a liar and that I never called. That if I did, anyone would have told me they don't do it there. I showed her my phone with the number I called and the time and she still told me I'm lying. Extremely unprofessional and will not be going back there for ANYTHING.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in to get plates and a sticker for my car after doing a memorandum title. They still needed more information on the other person that is on the title who happens to live in another state. The other person that is on the title called this location and they gave him step by step instructions on how to fax over his information. He did it exactly as they directed him to and it did not work. Then I spoke to management and the woman told me that those step by step instructions given by a worker was “false information.” I will never come back to this location ever again and I will never recommend this location to anyone. Management here is a joke.
