We rented a home from True Door for 2 years. It seemed fine until our AC broke, we reported it, never heard from them. For a month in the middle of August dying from heat. We had to pay for the repair ourself and take it out of the rent because no one would get back to us. Then when we moved out, we paid a professional cleaner to clean the house then received a $1,600 bill taken from our deposit for cleaning!!!! They said the house was not cleaned and itemized every tiny detail and charged outrageous prices totaling $1,600 who in the world charges that much for a cleaning?! After we paid $400 for a cleaning company to clean the home. How it looked when we left… look at the pictures. It was clean! Beware when you move out this company is dishonest and gouges you to keep the deposit money!
