Nycole gave such a wonderful tour of Paxton. She was incredibly thorough, walked us through every detail, and made sure we understood all of our options without ever making it feel overwhelming. She answered our questions thoughtfully and gave us a clear picture of what living there would actually be like. I found Paxton after trying to tour other apartment complexes in the area, and I say trying, because it was impossible to set up a tour at some places or if you visit, there are never any staff in sight. A huge red flag for what it would be like live there. This doesn’t happen at Paxton. I gave Paxton a call and someone picked up IMMEDIATELY and said I could come in right then. My first experience walking into the building was immediately being greeted by staff and Ruth! The building itself is brand new so it’s already eye-catching and promising from the start, including multiple staff within view who are ready to help.
