True Homes

We have been in our new home for about four months and can't complain. I have built homes in the past and have a construction background. Having gone through almost every square inch of the house I can say they did a nice job. In most cases construction quality is as good as the super on site and our guy Quinton was clearly on top of things and had an eye for detail. The couple of warranty issues that arose were addressed immediately and competently. The big annoyance that prevented them from getting 5 stars was our house has a propane cooktop/stove range and fireplace but had no propane hookup. Our HOA requires tanks be installed underground so now we have to dig up the nicely landscaped yard and irrigation system to install one. We have been using a barbecue grill size tank in the interi

Horrible experience! True Homes use terrible contractors as well as cheap materials! I had my home built in 2023 & I am currently moving out in less than 3 years! The caulk in my guest bathroom started to wear out after 5 months of being in the home. The vinyl flooring in the laundry room has air bubbles underneath. My friend whose home was built a few years before mine, now has a leak which True Homes refuses to fix as well as her floor. 0/10 would not recommend!

If you’re reading this post…”GET OUT”!!! This company is by far the WORST in business and needless to say, I believe they know it as a company which shows why they take forever to call back. I was referred here by some work colleagues and my Sibling Sister and her spouse who are currently in one of their “leaky” built homes. This company has no professionalism, support, or guidance to spare. Before I invest my funds anywhere, I do my research and observe quietly; I’m glad I did. This company is cheap in materials, cheap in contractors, and after seeing my Sibling’s home after this was suppose to be her and her family’s dream home, I’m in disgust!!! PLEASE, don’t waste your time here but better yet, I’ll do you a bigger one, don’t waste your MONEY here!!! This experience has been dishearte

do not use this as a builder at any point and especially do not build with them due to poor HOA management company they use Superior Management. I had issues from time I signed a contract. My lot was given away and I was given a credit for another lot which ended up being totally uneven. I moved in and met an electrical issue that had been covered up prior to moving in and after closing, power cut off and it was because there was a nail through siding and it was never fixed, dead grass planted in my yard, and no idea about no hard wiring for internet. HOA-lies about their practices and after a month half, started sending violation letters on things such as garbage cans showing and I have not even had approval for my app to get a garbage can cover yet. What materials are yall even using, Legos and play dough?! A child’s toy materials are better than what you all brung to my friend’s house. The poor builder used cheap materials and contractors. Also, they won’t even fix my friend’s leak or floor. Do better!
