The building was infested with roaches and the hallways were very dark. I hope they made updates since then. T he building manager was questionable when it came to getting your security deposit back. Aside from that; there’s a gym in the building and private parking unassigned.

What the heck are they charging rent for at this place? The B building has six laundry machines (washers and dryers) that have been broken for nearly a year. The management has made ZERO attempts to address the issue and the word is that the owner is too cheap to fix them. Nice!!! Not to mention that I've lived her for four years and I've never had a working buzzer system. Even when they promised to fix the problem earlier this year, it never happened. The only perk they've added to improve living conditions for tenants? Vending machines that no one asked for. See the photos for yourself. They do not care.

3 months in and so far what I see truly that sets this property apart is its management. Frank is very professional and attentive every concern is addressed promptly, and communication is always clear and courteous.

The rents are reasonable. The location is awesome and trains are really accessible from the place. Great views from the apartments and happy place to start a family.

From touring the apartment, to the application process, to moving in, our transition into Troy Towers has been phenomenal. The apartment has a newly renovated, beautiful and very spacious kitchen that allows us to enjoy a great home cooked meal. It also consists of a beautiful newly renovated bathroom with a balcony overseeing the park. The premise is consistently kept clean and well maintained. The staff are professional, super friendly, and generous. Frank, the building manager is awesome, he made sure that our move was smooth and is always available in case any further questions come up. We normally drive everywhere so being close to the parkway is a plus and there is never an issue of being able to find a spot no matter the time.
