65 James St. Associates LLC

My husband and I have lived here for just under three years and sadly plan to move out in the spring. We moved in as a newly engaged couple, and are moving out as husband and wife. This apartment is a wonderful bang for your buck! Our corner apartment is well-kept, spacious, and updated, in a great neighborhood with easy parking. There are several nearby parks and it is in walking distance to some excellent restaurants. We have rented many apartments throughout the years, and the team at 65 James St. is by far the best we've ever had. They are all incredibly kind and responsive, and really care about their tenants, which in turn results in us enjoying our home that much more. Al even remembered and congratulated us on our wedding! We are sad to go, and would highly recommend this apartment

I lived at 65 James St. apartments for 3 years, my overall experience there was wonderful. The apartment comes with a dedicated parking spot which is a great convenience and the parking lot also has ample visitor parking spots for when you are having company. The building is managed very well and kept very clean, you will regularly see landscapers and cleaners throughout the building. In addition to the parking spot one of my favorite perks of living there was the snow plowing service which seemed to arrive seconds after the last snowflake had fallen, not only did they clean out the parking lot they would plow out your spot if you were home to move your car for them. The building is off of the street and it is tree-line giving you a nice comfortable feeling. In my 3 years there noise

I lived here for just shy of 2 years and had I not bought a house I'd still be there. The assigned parking is a great feature and the location can't be beat. Close to Montclair, parkway, 280, and Newark. The property is well maintained, even in winter. Quiet and super nice neighbors. The apartment was huge, spacious living room and bedroom you just don't see in this area. I was really lucky to have found this rental.

Wonderful place to live! Management is always very responsive. We had an issue with our stove on a Sunday and after notifying the owner, he was here within the hour to fix it. They truly take excellent of their tenants. Units are large and spacious and feature modern updates and wood floors. Walking distance to lots of great BYO restaurant on Broad Street. Gated parking lot with ample guest spots. Laundry on premises (mobile pay so you don't have to worry about quarters!) Prompt snow removal during the winter months We are moving because we are buying a house but we will miss our years at 65 James Street.

I lived here for about 5 years and it has been great. Really nice modern 1 bedroom apartment. There is great parking and as a bonus, spots for visitors. I felt very safe parking my car and had no trouble over the years. It is a great location to the broad Street shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
