Miles Blackhawk was our realtor who helped us buy in central Oregon in early 2018. He worked with us from the time that we were browsing to the time that we were ready to purchase. He took us all over looking at the random houses that were available in our price range. I will never forget all of the work he did when we bought our major fixer upper. He went above and beyond. Fast forward 7 years later, and we knew when we were ready to sell our home, we wanted Miles to represent. Again, exceptional service and professionalism through out the whole experience. When I began my home search in Central Oregon, I was referred to Jason by my mortgage broker in Vancouver, WA. I had a wide- ranging set of criteria including a large geographic area to search. Jason was incredibly patient as we viewed nearly 20 homes throughout the region, searching for the right one. His patience and persistence paid off and he found me just the right property. Now, after 2 1/2 years enjoying the home myself, it is transitioning into a lucrative investment property. I read a review from a client who was late to his appointment then blamed the agent for not being able to accommodate him? Should he have bumped another client to help someone who was admittedly late for his own appointment? Does this make sense? Iv worked in the past on several deal with the trout organization and in every circumstance they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. In my world if I'm late it's on me, traffic, snowstorms, cows in the road etc, don't shift the burden onto the person I made plans to meet. All of this being said, I can tell you with all confidence that Trout realty will go out of their way to provide you with the high quality experience that so many return customers experience regularly!

Miles does not go the extra mile!! He knew I was coming from California to look at a place. When we were running behind in the morning because of an accident & construction which I had absolutely no control over. I called him to let him know. He said he opened up his schedule specifically to show us at that time only& he had no other options or to show it to me on the weekend because he shows places in Klamath falls on the weekends. Not willing to work with us AT ALL. I was given his name from a well known person in Redmond. So I will let them know not to recommend Miles ever. He didn't have to be a jerk. It was because we weren't interested in buying a multi million dollar property! But I will never use Miles Blackhawk or recommend him to anyone or Trout reality.
