I just want to share our experience with Rock Solid Property Management. We lived on a property for 5 years, in Redmond. Property management went thru 2 changes, within 2 years. We got to meet Mary, Rock Solid Property Management, family owned business. They were very relatable and easy going, but stern about the property standards. They had same values as we did. I would recommend to property owners to use them. Thru all our years of renting, they were the best!

I applied for a property and was denied. When Mary called to discuss the reasons, she was initially reluctant to provide any explanation. After pressing the issue, she kept changing her reasoning—first citing my income, then my credit score, and finally my rental history. This was despite having a highly qualified co-signer and a flawless rental record for the past five years. Ultimately, she denied me because of my dogs, even though I provided a valid ESA letter from a doctor, which is illegal. A day later, I applied to another company for a more expensive property and was approved within a day. The way Mary handled this process was extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
