Moved in Oct 1 with upper level ocean view. Loving it here. Clean and secure. We’re fortunate to get a storage unit also. Beautiful pool area also has gas fire pits for those cooler days and evenings. Nice having garage parking right next to the elevators so we are only a minute from our apartment. The view from our deck is SPECTACULAR at all times. Will highly recommend TRITON CAY.

We joined friends for a tour of Triton Cay having no interest in moving anywhere. On that day our friends made the instant decision to move here. As we drove away in conversation we questioned why aren’t we doing this? Within in a week Triton Cay was our destination. Not a day goes by that we aren’t thankful we made this decision. TC is new, modern, clean, safe, beautiful, picturesque, conveniently located, etc. Add to this the excellent management, sales snd maintenance staff. Meghan and Saleena were fantastic throughout our move in process. We can’t say enough good about Triton Cay

I strongly recommend that anyone considering moving here look past the recent surge of 5-star ratings and read all the detailed reviews for a more accurate picture of the living conditions. It is concerning to see a wave of high ratings immediately following honest negative feedback, especially when the building remains under-occupied in its second year and units are going back on the market instead of being renewed. The focus here seems to be more on reputation management than on the health and safety of the residents. My experience has been overshadowed by issues that remain unaddressed: persistent water intrusion, mold, unpleasant weed odors in common areas, and smoking at the pool. Three stars is not bad it is average. The place is not below average. I just feel there are things that could be improved to get above average. Pros: 1) Juan and Diego keep the property clean and nice and are always so helpful. They will fix things quickly. 2) Saleena made our move in quick and easy. 3) Megan is always willing to listen to issues and concerns. This is tough as she has to handle listening to complaints more than compliments. 4) the beachfront views are beautiful and beyond compare. Cons: 1) corporate has taken over some and there are now Airbnb units allowed. This is unfair to the people who pay a $200 amenities fee and a $50 plus parking fee when anyone can go in vrbo and rent a unit for 2 days ( weekend) and park in the garage wherever as parking spaces are not assigne
