I would highly recommend Trisha Fuerst to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in South Florida. She is an excellent realtor and went above and beyond to help me sell my home quickly at the price I wanted. Not only is Trisha very hardworking and professional, but she went through every step of the process with me -from start to finish. Trisha did open houses every weekend and marketing until my home was under contract in about 4 weeks and sold in 6 weeks. If you are looking for a different kind of Real Estate Agent – one that is caring, honest, and knowledgeable, then I would recommend Trisha.

Trisha accepted my offer and terms to rent her home. When we submitted the contract she asked for a few minor changes. We agreed and resent her the contract. The next day she stated she had another offer so she wanted to increase the monthly rent and also to increase the amount of repairs we as the tenants would be responsible for by five times what we agreed to initially. I believe Trisha’s was acting in bad faith. I will never do business with her again as her actions are clearly unprofessional. I would not recommend Trisha.

Trisha was great to work with. She worked on my new property until I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a property to buy, rent or sell. She won't stop until you find what you want!
