The staff is absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The building is spotless and very well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere and kind, respectful tenants. The location is also perfect, convenient and safe. I couldn’t be happier with our choice!

From the moment I toured the property, I was impressed by the combination of modern finishes, thoughtful layout, and friendly atmosphere. My apartment feels like a real home open floor plan, plenty of natural light, and high-quality fixtures that make everyday living comfortable and stylish. The building amenities are fantastic, the fitness center is well-equipped and clean, the courtyard are perfect for relaxing or hosting friends, and the package room/secure lockers are a real convenience for online deliveries. We had the privilege of living at Indigo with my family for a year and it was such a wonderful experience. The leasing office staff is amazing, so helpful, so kind and so detailed in their planning and all the special things they do for the building. The building was always clean, if something was broken they’d fix it right away, and all of the staff always smiling and greeting others. Extremely disappointing experience. Indigo Palmetto Bay presents itself as a professional, organized community, but the leasing process was anything but. We applied with a clearly discussed move-in date, which was a material factor in our decision. That date was not met, yet the property still refused to refund application fees after failing to perform on the agreed timeline. More frustrating was the handling of the deposit terms. Prior to applying, we were told there would be flexibility and potential payment arrangements if a higher-than-standard deposit were required. Only after application and administrative fees were collected did that position change, and we were informed that no such arrangements were available.
