Palmetto Station

The building is beautifully maintained, calm, and peaceful — the perfect place to unwind after a long day. Everything is always clean and in great condition, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the property nice. The staff are absolute sweethearts — I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to rest my head. Highly recommend!

I moved into a 1/1 a year and 2 months ago and had a great experience! Sasha and Anthonella have been so helpful during my time here. Its was my first time living in an apartment and my fiance Jay and I have been so happy we decided to upgrade to a 2/2! I cant see myself living anywhere else! The staff is incredible, great amenities, awesome events, and close to everything I need!

Beautiful place to live. But be very careful on move out. They charge me for a fridge door that was already damaged when I arrived. I sent pictures of the damaged door that I had and they said it wasn’t useful as it wasn’t reported 24h after move in. Be very careful. Report the smallest dent or scratch or you will be liable during move out. Just to get more money out of you.

This place is amazing! I love how conveniently located it is — it’s so close to Dazzling Nails and other great spots. The area feels safe and welcoming, and the service here is excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making it feel like home. I’m really happy with my experience here!
