I have lived here going on one year. Have not had any issues with management, staff, or my neighbors . My apartment is spacious and upgraded . Any maintenance requests I’ve put in have been handled quickly and efficiently. Great location and quick access to highway 80, 30 and 635

Never move here. There is alot of shooting here. And I promise they will break into your truck. They broke into my truck 3 times. Move here you will see.

The gates stay open all night. There's men walking around after dark. They will literally walk up to you when you getting out of car. Happened to me so sad I was so scared he looked crazy. It isn't safe in daytime either. They smoke weed and sell drugs here alot

There was a shooting everyone woke up around 3am it was so loud it literally sounded like it was outside your window. The police officer picked up 15 bullet cases. The office managers never do anything about the crime

I lived here for a year ,an incident happened were my husband almost got shot by a 16year old (gang member) and they apparently watched cameras and still made us leave after I got harassed by the 16 year old’s girlfriend who actually lived in the apartments for two days straight. Stephanie still calls the shots even though she’s no longer the property manager and gives attitude if it doesn’t go her way. Shootings happen nightly and kids bullying kids happen everyday. Gang memeber that are teenagers run the apartments on the back half of the apartments. Also roach infested ,our unit was by the creek the first couple months it wasn’t that bad with roaches but continued to grow. The creek that is by the building is filled with snapping turtles and buggies and trash no one ever tries to clean
