WARNING: This place is not as clean or safe as it used to be. There is no cleaning in common areas like stated in the contract so the common areas like sink, tables, and floors remain dirty/sticky. They had said that they would ensure trash would not be left and would tell tenants to keep the areas clean, but no effort has been made on this matter. Thus, boxes and trash bags stay in the common areas. Refrigerator has also been left with rotten food and smells. My emails have been ignored, so I've sent messages on the portal, but they have been either been cancelled or not seen any changes. Additionally, I fear there are people entering my room without my consent or prior notice. They came on 8/14/2025 to cut down branches from a tree that is in a patio area inside my room and a second tim

New management (SOHO Management), same problems. Unnecessary entries. Double rent charges. Chump change credits for a renewal that wasn’t even given. Code entries into buildings remain unchanged even after your lease ends OR when old tenants move out which is VERY UNSAFE. They continue to build projects on streets with no parking. A cleaning crew that doesn’t even take out the trash except when being recorded. Malfunctioning smoke detectors removed without consent, which is a code violation. Emails will not get a response. I already regret renewing my lease here. If you’re planning on moving in, have a lawyer on standby because your lease agreement will be violated. Oh and have a camera in your room.

I would not recommend living here. When I moved out, I thoroughly cleaned the entire unit — including the bathroom and kitchen. Despite that, they deducted $192 from my security deposit, claiming there was wall damage and that I left trash behind. That is simply not true. The only items left were hangers and a cabinet, and the next tenant is currently using them. Management communication is also extremely disappointing. At 1515 Colby Ave, the manager Zejin rarely responds to emails when you actually need help. However, when it comes to asking whether you want to renew your lease, the response is immediate. It feels very selective. Additionally, there was a time when I submitted a maintenance request for the kitchen sink, and it took an entire week for it to be fixed. I’ve attached a pho

I recently moved into my apartment and have been very happy with the experience so far. The team was welcoming and provided a welcome package when I arrived. The room itself was clean and I really appreciate the simple but functional setup. It has been professional and organized so far and I would recommend overall.

NEVER NEVER NEVER choose Tripalink. They will scam you off. I am a previous tenant of Tripalink and moved out on 7/25/2025. My experience with them was absolutely terrible from start to finish. On my move-in date, the unit was not cleaned. From 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, I was left waiting outside the building, calling their office again and again for help. No one resolved my issue. When I finally gained access, the unit was still in extremely poor condition — it looked like it had only been given a very minimal, inadequate cleaning. -The floors, desk, and table were dirty and even had paint on them. -The common area was very messy and unsanitary from day one. -The shower head was missing, the shower door was broken, and the walls were chipped. -My maintenance requests were either ignored or “
