Trio Apartments

She took the time to explain amenities, availability, and pricing, and made sure all my questions were answered. Her positive attitude and genuine care really stood out. Natalia was amazing! I had a tour with her and she was the sweetest. She explained everything to me and was very thorough. She was up front about everything and made sure I was going to get my money’s worth for what I was looking for in an apartment!

I occasionally paint turnover units at this property, and the staff is lovely. Communication with the maintenance team is top-notch, they’re always super friendly. One of my favorite places to paint!

Cora & Brandon do an amazing job at making this community a perfect home. Cora and the leasing office are very professional, responsive and genuine in any questions I may have. They make sure residents know what’s going on around the property and even go the extra mile on letting us know what’s going on in the community. Brandon is very responsive to any Maintenace needs and works very hard to get things done ASAP. I have never had any problems living at Trio. Very close to Third Ward & a lot to do in the neighborhood. The staff makes this place 10x better!
