We have used Scot McLean as our home inspector for the last two home purchases. One was a country home that was more modern with acreage and the other is a historic turn-of-the-century home. Both had many unique aspects to consider. Scot is extremely detailed oriented and has tons of knowledge about different eras of building and materials used. Both of his inspections have been very thorough and added much value to our home buying process. Scott has saved us a lot of money and trouble with his proactive recommendations as well as through the identification of defects existing in the homes we were purchasing.
