My husband and I rented from Mike for 5 years and couldn't have asked for a better landlord. He was always just a phone call away and consistently went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. The property was in an amazing location, and you can tell he truly takes pride in maintaining his units. Lawn care was always taken care of, and any repairs or questions were handled quickly and professionally. We also really appreciated how easy rent payments were — done through an app instead of checks. Overall, Mike was great to rent from, and we genuinely enjoyed our experience with him as a landlord. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a well‑kept property and a landlord who truly cares.

I rented from Mike for 2 years while in school at UW Milwaukee. I can’t remember for the life of me a single time that he failed to address any comments, questions or concerns that my roommates and I had. If something was broken or missing, he would schedule maintenance with contractors or come and fix it himself within a week (often as quick as 2 or 3 days). We moved into a completely clean and functional apartment with little to no hassle, and had nothing but good experiences with Mike. On top of being a great landlord, he’s a great guy too. I rented with Mike for a year and I can say it was fantastic. The property itself was kept well maintained and if there was any issue even a minor one Mike was there to fix it asap. The property was kept well up to date and clean all for a good price.
