They are very rude and unprofessional in the office. I was the very 1st person to move in and its been a roller coaster ride every since. The complex has been through 3 sets of managers and it seems like each set wasnt any better than the last. They apartments been open since June 2023 how is it possible that their already doing a rent increase. Like omg yall cant even get the 1st rent established correctly but have the nerve to raise the rent. 10/10 I don't not recommend. They have a gym that's been ready for about a year and they DO NOT LET US USE IT. WHATS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING THIS AMENITY IF WE CANT USE IT... I’ve been living here since February and it was great up until the last few months. Ants, mold, and plumbing issues. I have put in maintenance requests and no one came to fix my issues till almost 2 months later and the maintenance guy they sent decided to eat my food and smell my underwear all while on camera. They never answer the phone and are very rude when you actually do get a hold of someone and even then they don’t give any type of solution. The tenants above me purposefully run around and pound their feet for hours on end till almost 4 in the morning.

I am so excited to possibly move here. The property being built in the exact area I was looking to move into is the thing that brought me to take a look. Dakota was PHENOMENAL! Her customer service skills were so good and it did not seem like I was being sold anything. She made it feel like I had all the power to choose there or anywhere. She was super helpful about other properties in the area as well. I enjoyed the space of the apartment as well as the washer and dryer!!! I should be making a decision soon!

Updated: I’ve been here for almost 11 months and the gym is still not open and it’s been done since before I moved here. They told me once open that it will only be during business hours! So keep that in mind idk who can work out during those hours if you have a day job. That’s the only amenity they have btw they allow dogs but no park at all too. No washer dryer in unit just hookups, older basic GE appliances and it can get loud because of thin walls and the parking lot with people yelling or playing music out cars for long periods of time and kids running around with no supervision. At least we have balconies I suppose and aesthetically the apts are more modern than Ive seen around bmt. We have switched management companies so this third one is BHA directly and a lot better. Do not move here!! The management sucks badly, they never answer the phone when they do answer they pick it up and hang up. No pest control has been sent out since I’ve moved in, in Feb 2024 I have ants in my apartment as well as other residents, mold on the patio doors and I’ve also had a rodent in my apartment that they have done nothing about. I reported the rodent when I saw it nothing was done no pest control has been sent out to resolve the issue, they are supposed to be open on Saturdays no one is never there. I also have a video of the mouse but I was unable to post it.
